The study and attendance system is regulated in general in the established Law for the Cyprus University of Technology (198 (I)/2003 and subsequent amendments), more specifically in the Regulations for studies and academic affairs (2015) and in full detail in the Rules for studies and academic affairs.
The Law and the Regulations require approval from the Government and the Parliament, whereas the Rules are approved and amended by the Senate and the Board of the University and submitted to Parliament for information.
