On Saturday, 17th of November, the annual meeting of the unit was held. Developments on all three pillars (Computational Materials Science, Synthesis of Nanostructured Films, Nanoscale Characterization) and the two active projects (Ultraperformant nanostructured protective films; Solar harvesting coatings) have been presented. All administrative issues have been discussed and a plan for next year activities has been outlined. All participants had the opportunity to meet again on the premises of the Nanostructured Materials Systems Unit and exchange important information and expertise.
