The Unit participated in the XXIX Panhellenic Conference on Solid State Physics and Materials Science that was held on 22-25 September 2013 at the National Center for Scientific Research Demokritos. Most notable, Professors Keliris and Logothetidis serve on the National Scientific Advisory Committee while Professor Giapintzakis has delivered an invited talk.
Overall the Unit has participated with 4 podium and 6 poster presentations.
