POSTDOCTORAL RESEARCHERS OR SPECIAL SCIENTISTIS FOR RESEARCH / RESEARCHERS C’ POSITIONS

Project description and responsibilities

CUT (Nursing Department) is the coordinator of a research project funded by the European EU4Health program and entitled 'Developing a Country-Observatory for sharing best practices for vaccination promotion'. The Co-OPERATOR project aims to develop and pilot a knowledge hub, a virtual observatory and a training system in the participating countries, as a proof of concept that will collect, organize and disseminate knowledge, best practices and leveraging resources for vaccination needs against COVID-19 and beyond, with an emphasis on promoting communication, knowledge skills, recognizing and addressing systemic barriers to promoting vaccination messages to the population. Theoretical frameworks from the behavioral sciences such as the COM-B and 7C models are used to allow mapping the needs of different countries and where policy makers should focus their efforts and target their interventions. A policy-making workshop will enable the translation of research data into policy-making proposals to be piloted in five Member States (Belgium, Cyprus, Greece, Italy and Portugal). The Research Fellow will have the role of coordinating the scientific and accounting parameters of the project, communicating with partners, coordinating the submission of progress reports and organizing the network meetings. Finally, (s)he will coordinate with the Scientific Manager of the project and the other researchers for the deliverables of the project.

The required qualifications for each of the categories are as follows:

1. For Special Scientist for Research / Researcher C’ position

Applicants should have:

• A master’s degree from a recognized university in one or a combination of the following fields of study: Health-related sciences such as Public Health, Medicine, Nursing, Psychology, Biomedical Sciences etc.
• Experience in research project management of national and/or European grants
• Organizational skills
• Very good knowledge of English (spoken and written)

The following will be considered as an advantage:

• Possession of a Ph.D. title in the relevant fields of study.

1. For Postdoctoral Researcher position

The monthly gross earnings, based on the project budget (employer cost), will amount from €913,29 to €1826.59 for the year 2023 and from €908.55 to €1817.10 for the year 2024 (due to an increase of employer contributions to the various government funds), according to current data and current legislation. It is noted that a 13th salary is provided, which has been incorporated proportionally into the monthly remuneration. The final terms of employment (gross monthly earnings and number of working hours per month) will be determined based on the profiles of the selected individuals. The employment period will be for twelve (12) months with the prospect of renewal for another 24 months.

Σημειώνεται ότι η έδρα των ατόμων που θα επιλεγούν θα είναι η Λεμεσός και/ή η Πάφος και/ή οποιαδήποτε άλλη Επαρχία της Κυπριακής Δημοκρατίας.

4. Εμπειρία στη διδασκαλία πανεπιστημιακού επιπέδου.
5. Κατοχή πτυχίου Νοσηλευτικής και αποδεδειγμένη ικανότητα διδασκαλίας το μάθημα NUR_459 για την κάθε ειδικότητα ξεχωριστά.
6. Αποδεδειγμένη γνώση Χειρουργικής Νοσηλευτικής για το μάθημα NUR_459 ειδικότητα Νοσηλευτική Χειρουργείου και αποδεδειγμένη γνώση στο τραύμα για την ειδικότητα προνοσοκομειακή και ενδονοσοκομειακή εκτίμηση, αντιμετώπιση και φροντίδα ασθενή με τραύμα.

Η αμοιβή των Ειδικών Επιστημόνων (γυναικών και ανδρών) κυμαίνεται από €34 – €68 την ώρα αναλόγως προσόντων και της φύσης των καθηκόντων. Η πληρωμή γίνεται ως εξής: αμοιβή x ώρες διδασκαλίας/την εβδομάδα x 14 βδομάδες για το Εαρινό Εξάμηνο. Σημειώνεται ότι, οι Ειδικές/οί Επιστήμονες υποχρεούνται να αναπληρώσουν τα μαθήματα που δεν θα πραγματοποιηθούν λόγω των αργιών 7 Μαρτίου 2022, 25 Μαρτίου 2022 και 1 Απριλίου 2022, εάν και εφόσον η ημερομηνία αυτή εμπίπτει στο πρόγραμμα διδασκαλίας του συγκεκριμένου μαθήματος.

Το Τεχνολογικό Πανεπιστήμιο Κύπρου δέχεται αιτήσεις για την πλήρωση των πιο κάτω θέσεων Ειδικών Επιστημόνων για κάλυψη αναγκών διδασκαλίας του πιο πάνω Τμήματος για τα ακόλουθα μαθήματα:

Σημειώνεται ότι:

α. Η προκήρυξη για τα πιο πάνω μαθήματα ισχύει νοουμένου ότι θα υπάρχει επαρκές κονδύλι στον προϋπολογισμό του Πανεπιστημίου για το έτος 2020.

β. Τα πιο πάνω μαθήματα θα προσφερθούν εάν συμπληρωθεί ο απαραίτητος αριθμός ενδιαφερομένων φοιτητών σύμφωνα με τους σχετικούς κανονισμούς του Πανεπιστημίου.

γ. Οι πιο πάνω ώρες πιθανόν να τύχουν τροποποίησης.

δ. Το πανεπιστήμιο διατηρεί το δικαίωμα να μην πληρώσει τη θέση στην περίπτωση που αλλάξουν τα δεδομένα.

Οι υποψήφιοι πρέπει να κατέχουν:

1. Διδακτορικό τίτλο από αναγνωρισμένο πανεπιστήμιο σε θέμα σχετικό με το γνωστικό αντικείμενο της θέσης για τα μαθήματα NUR_121, NUR_123, NUR_113, NUR_316, MID_111, MID_112 και MID_113.
2. Μεταπτυχιακό τίτλο από αναγνωρισμένο πανεπιστήμιο σε θέμα σχετικό με το γνωστικό   αντικείμενο της θέσης για τα Εργαστήρια του μαθήματος MID_121.
3. Πολύ καλή γνώση της Ελληνικής και Αγγλικής γλώσσας.
4. Εμπειρία στη διδασκαλία πανεπιστημιακού επιπέδου.

Η αμοιβή των Ειδικών Επιστημόνων κυμαίνεται από €34 – €68 την ώρα αναλόγως προσόντων και της φύσης των καθηκόντων. Η πληρωμή γίνεται ως εξής: αμοιβή x ώρες διδασκαλίας/την εβδομάδα x 14 βδομάδες για το Φθινοπωρινό Εξάμηνο. Σημειώνεται ότι, οι Ειδικοί Επιστήμονες υποχρεούνται να αναπληρώσουν τα μαθήματα που δεν θα πραγματοποιηθούν λόγω των αργιών 1 Οκτωβρίου 2020 και 28 Οκτωβρίου 2020, εάν και εφόσον η ημερομηνία αυτή εμπίπτει στο πρόγραμμα διδασκαλίας του συγκεκριμένου μαθήματος.

Οι υποψήφιοι δεν είναι απαραίτητο να είναι πολίτες της Κυπριακής Δημοκρατίας.

Οι ενδιαφερόμενοι ενδέχεται να κληθούν σε προφορική συνέντευξη μεταξύ 20 Ιουλίου 2020 μέχρι 22 Ιουλίου 2020 για την πλήρωση των πιο πάνω θέσεων.     

Σημειώνεται ότι:

• Το ΤΕΠΑΚ εφαρμόζει πολιτική ίσων ευκαιριών στο πλαίσιο των προσλήψεων και στα επακόλουθα στάδια επαγγελματικής σταδιοδρομίας και ενθαρρύνει άτομα και των δύο φύλων όπως υποβάλουν αίτηση για όλα τα επίπεδα στελέχωσης Ακαδημαϊκού και Διοικητικού Προσωπικού.

Το Τεχνολογικό Πανεπιστήμιο Κύπρου δέχεται αιτήσεις για την πλήρωση των πιο κάτω θέσεων Ειδικών Επιστημόνων για κάλυψη αναγκών διδασκαλίας του πιο πάνω Τμήματος για τα ακόλουθα μαθήματα:

Σημειώνεται ότι:

Οι υποψήφιοι πρέπει να κατέχουν:

1. Διδακτορικό τίτλο από αναγνωρισμένο πανεπιστήμιο σε θέμα σχετικό με το γνωστικό αντικείμενο της θέσης.
2. Πολύ καλή γνώση της Ελληνικής και Αγγλικής γλώσσας.
3. Εμπειρία στη διδασκαλία πανεπιστημιακού επιπέδου. Ειδικά για τα μαθήματα ΜΗΝ 202 και ΜΗΝ 206 απαραίτητη θεωρείται η αποδεδειγμένη εμπειρία αυτόνομης διδασκαλίας σε μεταπτυχιακό επίπεδο που σχετίζεται άμεσα με το γνωστικό αντικείμενο της προκήρυξης.
4. Για το μάθημα NUR_511, είναι σημαντικό οι υποψήφιοι να είναι οι ίδιοι νοσηλευτές με μεταπτυχιακό και διδακτορικό τίτλο σπουδών σε σχετικά κλινικά αντικείμενα.  Επιπλέον πλεονέκτημα θα θεωρηθεί η κλινική εμπειρία σε οξείες, επείγουσες και βαριές κλινικές περιπτώσεις.

Η αμοιβή των Ειδικών Επιστημόνων κυμαίνεται από €34 – €68 την ώρα αναλόγως προσόντων και της φύσης των καθηκόντων. Applicants for all academic positions should have a doctorate degree from a recognized University and good knowledge of the Greek language. Το Τεχνολογικό Πανεπιστήμιο Κύπρου δέχεται αιτήσεις για την πλήρωση μιας (1) θέσης Ειδικού Εκπαιδευτικού Προσωπικού (ΕΕΠ) με σύμβαση στην Ειδικότητα «Κλινική Νοσηλευτική» για το Τμήμα Νοσηλευτικής.

Οι υποψήφιοι πρέπει να κατέχουν:

• Πτυχίο Πανεπιστημίου από Αναγνωρισμένο Πανεπιστήμιο στο γνωστικό αντικείμενο της Νοσηλευτικής και μεταπτυχιακό τίτλο ειδίκευσης επιπέδου Μάστερ στην  Κλινική Νοσηλευτική ή σε συναφές γνωστικό αντικείμενο
• Επαγγελματική εμπειρία τουλάχιστον τριών ετών και κατοχή άδειας άσκησης επαγγέλματος στην Κύπρο.
• Ικανότητα χρήσης της Ελληνικής γλώσσας ως μητρική. Πολύ καλή γνώση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας.
• Διδακτορικός τίτλος, διδακτική εμπειρία σε πανεπιστημιακό επίπεδο, πείρα στην οργάνωση κλινικών εργαστηρίων και της κλινικής άσκησης, καθώς και ερευνητικό / συγγραφικό έργο θα αποτελούν πλεονέκτημα.

Η εγκεκριμένη Μισθοδοτική Κλίμακα για το Ειδικό Εκπαιδευτικό Προσωπικό είναι η Α8-Α10-Α11. Η πλήρωση της θέσης αυτής θα είναι με σύμβαση. Ο υποψήφιος που θα επιλεγεί μπορεί να τοποθετηθεί σε οποιαδήποτε βαθμίδα της πιο πάνω κλίμακας ανάλογα με τα προσόντα και την πείρα του.

Η πλήρωση της θέσης αυτής θα είναι με σύμβαση ενός (1) έτους, η οποία δύναται να ανανεωθεί στη λήξη της.

Επιπλέον,

(α) Σύμφωνα με τον «Περί Εργοδοτούμενων με Εργασία Ορισμένου Χρόνου (Απαγόρευση  Δυσμενούς Μεταχείρισης) Νόμο του 2003», με την συμπλήρωση σύμβασης εργασίας συνολικής περιόδου τριάντα (30) μηνών η σύμβαση μετατρέπεται αυτόματα σε σύμβαση αορίστου διάρκειας, και

(β) τα μέλη ΕΕΠ που κατέχουν μεταπτυχιακό τίτλο ή ισότιμο επαγγελματικό τίτλο και τουλάχιστον οκτώ (8) χρόνια ευδόκιμης υπηρεσίας στο Τεχνολογικό Πανεπιστήμιο Κύπρου στη θέση Ειδικού Εκπαιδευτικού Προσωπικού (ΕΕΠ), κρίνονται υποχρεωτικά για μονιμοποίηση.

Οι υποψήφιοι δεν είναι απαραίτητο να είναι πολίτες της Κυπριακής Δημοκρατίας.

5. Ονόματα και στοιχεία δύο ατόμων από τους οποίους πιθανόν να ζητηθούν συστάσεις (2 αντίγραφα)

Καθήκοντα / Ευθύνες

1. Παροχή διδακτικού έργου (διδασκαλία εργαστηριακών μαθημάτων, φροντιστηρίων κλπ), επίβλεψη της εργασίας και πρακτικής άσκησης φοιτητών ή/και αυτόνομη διδασκαλία μαθημάτων (για κατόχους διδακτορικού), ανάλογα με τiς ανάγκες του Τμήματος.
2. Ανάπτυξη, οργάνωση και εύρυθμη λειτουργία των εργαστηρίων του Τμήματος.

Αιτήσεις που δεν ικανοποιούν τις προδιαγραφές της προκήρυξης αυτής δεν θα προωθηθούν στα αρμόδια όργανα του Πανεπιστημίου.

Applicants for all academic positions should have a doctorate degree from a recognized University and good knowledge of the Greek language. Η αμοιβή των Ειδικών Επιστημόνων κυμαίνεται από €34 – €68 την ώρα αναλόγως προσόντων και της φύσης των καθηκόντων. Η πληρωμή γίνεται ως εξής: αμοιβή x ώρες διδασκαλίας/την εβδομάδα x 14 βδομάδες για το Φθινοπωρινό Εξάμηνο εξαιρουμένων των μαθημάτων NUR_504 του οποίου η διδασκαλία είναι για 24 ώρες ολόκληρο το εξάμηνο και του NUR_502 του οποίου η διδασκαλία είναι για 22 ώρες ολόκληρο το εξάμηνο.  Σημειώνεται ότι, οι Ειδικοί Επιστήμονες υποχρεούνται να αναπληρώσουν τα μαθήματα που δεν θα πραγματοποιηθούν λόγω των αργιών 1 Οκτωβρίου 2019 και 28 Οκτωβρίου 2019, εάν και εφόσον η ημερομηνία αυτή εμπίπτει στο πρόγραμμα διδασκαλίας του συγκεκριμένου μαθήματος.

Οι υποψήφιοι δεν είναι απαραίτητο να είναι πολίτες της Κυπριακής Δημοκρατίας.

• Το ΤΕΠΑΚ εφαρμόζει πολιτική ίσων ευκαιριών στο πλαίσιο των προσλήψεων και στα επακόλουθα στάδια επαγγελματικής σταδιοδρομίας και ενθαρρύνει άτομα και των δύο φύλων όπως υποβάλουν αίτηση για όλα τα επίπεδα στελέχωσης Ακαδημαϊκού και Διοικητικού Προσωπικού.
• Το Πανεπιστήμιο δεν κάνει καμία διάκριση σε σχέση με τη φυλή, το χρώμα, τη θρησκεία, το φύλο, την εθνικότητα, την ηλικία, τη σωματική ικανότητα, την οικογενειακή κατάσταση και το  σεξουαλικό προσανατολισμό.

Οι ενδιαφερόμενοι πρέπει να υποβάλουν τα ακόλουθα:

• Συνοδευτική επιστολή, στην οποία θα αναφέρονται τα μαθήματα (γνωστικό αντικείμενο και κωδικός) για τα οποία γίνεται η αίτηση και θα συνοψίζονται τα επαγγελματικά προσόντα καθώς και η εργασιακή τους πείρα
• Πλήρες βιογραφικό σημείωμα στα Ελληνικά ή/και Αγγλικά (περιλαμβανομένων της διεύθυνσης επικοινωνίας, του αριθμού τηλεφώνου και της πολιτικής ταυτότητας)
• Αποδεικτικά Στοιχεία των προσόντων τους

Τα πιο πάνω στοιχεία θα πρέπει να υποβληθούν, σε μορφή PDF (PORTABLE DOCUMENT FORMAT – Συνιστάται το ανέβασμα ενός (1) μόνο αρχείου το οποίο θα περιλαμβάνει όλα τα απαραίτητα συνοδευτικά έντυπα (εφόσον είναι εφικτό).

Συνοδευτικά στοιχεία που έχουν υποβληθεί στο παρελθόν δε λαμβάνονται υπόψη και πρέπει να υποβληθούν εκ νέου.

Οι αιτήσεις πρέπει να υποβληθούν ηλεκτρονικά στον ακόλουθο σύνδεσμο http://special-scientists-applications.cut.ac.cy/  επιλέγοντας τα ανάλογα πεδία για τη θέση και επισυνάπτοντας το pdf αρχείο  το αργότερο μέχρι την Κυριακή, 29 Απριλίου 2018, η οποία είναι η τελευταία ημερομηνία για την υποβολή των αιτήσεων.
