Tuition refund policy
The following regulations apply to the tuition refund policy:
- Payment of the program fee guarantees a reserved spot in the program.
- Programs will be implemented only if the required number of trainees/participants is met. The Centre for Lifelong Learning (CLL) reserves the right to cancel any program that does not meet the minimum enrollment requirements or due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will receive a full refund of their tuition fees.
- Tuition fees are non-refundable in cases of withdrawal or irregular attendance.
- Programs will run only if the required minimum number of participants is met. The Centre for Lifelong Learning (CLL) reserves the right to cancel any program that does not meet the minimum registration requirements.
- If a program is canceled due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances (force majeure), participants are entitled to either a full refund of their tuition fees or a reserved spot in the next available session of the program.
- Refunds are only possible in exceptional cases, provided the participant notifies the CLL in writing at least 10 calendar days prior to the program's start date, providing a detailed explanation for the withdrawal. The written request will be reviewed by the Program Coordinator, whose decision is final. No refunds will be issued for withdrawals or incomplete attendance after the program begins.
- If a refund is issued due to reasons attributable to the CLL (e.g., insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances), the full amount will be returned to the participant without any additional charges. In all other cases, the participant bears any bank fees and a 10% processing fee to cover administrative costs.
