Charis Eleftheriou is a PhD student of Finance, and Teaching assistant in the Faculty of Management and Economics at the Cyprus University of Technology. His research interests are mainly focused on Financial Technologies, Financial engineering, and Machine learning techniques. He received his postgraduate Master’s degree in business management with a particular focus on manufacturing and operational research from the University of Warwick. In 2019 graduated from the Cyprus University of Technology with an undergraduate degree BSc in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Finally, Charis was a member of the Student-Staff Liasson Committee as Vice President of the University of Warwick for the Warwick Manufacturing Group and was involved in the validation of specialized medical equipment for the diagnosis of Covid-19 disease and the calibration of diagnostic data for the Cypriot community using data analytics.
