Constantinos Kontoghiorghes currently teaches the Human Resource Management, Leadership, and Organizational Behavior related curriculum at the Cyprus University of Technology. He received his Ph.D. from Georgia State University and his Masters and Bachelor degrees from The Ohio State University. He has published widely in the areas of training transfer, talent management and organizational performance, and has twice received the “Cutting Edge” Research award from the Academy of Human Resource Development in the United States. His current research work involves a four-year Horizon 2020 funded project in the area of “female entrepreneurship”
