Katerina Pericleous has a PhD in Statistics (with emphasis in Experimental Designs) from the School of Applied Mathematics and Natural Sciences of the National Technical University of Athens, Greece. She was a scholarship holder of the Cyprus State Scholarship Foundation and the Special Account for Research Funds of the National Technical University of Athens. She has also an MSc in Applied Statistics from the Department of Mathematics and Statistics of the University of Cyprus and a BA (Hons) in Mathematics and Statistics from the same Department of the University of Cyprus.
Currently, Katerina Pericleous is a Special Teaching Staff
[...]in the Department of Hotel and Tourism Management, Faculty of Management and Economics, at the Cyprus University of Technology (CUT). Previously, she has also worked as a Special Scientist at the University of Cyprus as well as at the National Technical University of Athens and as a research associate at the Department of Health Science of the European University Cyprus. Her research interests focus on Experimental Designs, Applied Statistics, Probability Theory, Econometric Models and Biostatistics.
She participated in local and international conferences and published her work in peer-reviewed academic journals. In 2009 she was awarded first prize for the best paper by a young statistician from the Greek Statistical Institute. She is a member of the Greek Statistical Institute (GSI) and the Cyprus Statistical Society (CSS).
