We finally have the winners of the Pancyprian photographic competition on “The Impact of the Environment on Public Health”, organized by the Cyprus International Institute for Environmental and Public Health (CII) of the Cyprus University of Technology (CUT), in cooperation with the Cyprus Photographic Society, (Limassol Branch).

The competition closed on March 30th 2019. There were 24 entrants, whosubmitted 206 photographs in total.

The 3 winners for the monetary prizes are

Maria Andreou ( 1st Prize)   

Yiannos Zachariou (2nd Prize)

Maria Tofaridou (3rd Prize)

The two winners for the partial scholarships towards the Master’s programme in Public Health (MPH) are Androniki Karalouca and Kyriakos Kombos (the selection was made mainly based on academic merit).

The exhibition and award ceremony will take place on May 24th 6:00 pm atTassos Papadopoulos Building (Cyprus University of Technology), Themidos and Ifigeneias corner, Limassol. The exhibition will be inaugurated by the Environment Commissioner - Mrs. Ioanna Panayiotou. Invitation
