Dyslexia and learning issues

Students with learning issues (dyslexia, ADHD, etc.), fall into a population that has the
possibility of specific facilities and the provision of tutoring support. Learning issues are
understood to be identified through previous psychodiagnostic tests that an individual has
ndergone to assess the learning disability they are experiencing. The facilitation copy is used
as an auxiliary document but cannot be used until the only proof of a student's learning
disability.
Tutoring is provided in the study rooms of the Student Development Center, in the context of
scheduled meetings (eight per course per month) and is delivered by active undergraduate /
postgraduate / doctoral students, or external collaborators based on approved criteria.
It is expected that students have the obligation to attend the lectures of the courses in which
they are enrolled regardless of whether they are going to receive tutoring support at the same
time. As a general rule, students who receive tuition support attend meetings with their Student
Development Center associates prepared to answer questions, having completed their homework,
respecting the other students receiving support and the KFA staff. In cases of violations of the
above, or any inappropriate behavior, the Student Development Center may terminate cooperation
with the student.
The Student Development Center with announcements every semester invites interested parties to
complete the relevant form of interest through which they inform about the courses in which they
wish to receive tutoring support.
