The Cyprus University of Technology (CUT) is accepting applications for admission to its Master's degree programs (MA/MSc), with courses starting in September 2024.
- Programs are available (depending on the Program) in Greek or English, with physical attendance / hybrid learning or distance learning.

Applications - Evaluation - Supporting Documents
Applicants for Master's programs must hold a degree from a recognized University or hold a qualification assessed as equivalent to a university degree by the Cyprus Council for the Recognition of Titles of Studies (KY.S.A.T.S.) in related fields. Applications can also be submitted by undergraduate students who are expected to obtain a university degree before the start of the master's program.
Candidates will be informed electronically about the outcome of their application at the email address they provided during the application process and through the University's Online Portal.
To apply, candidates must electronically submit the following:
- Copy of identity card or passport
- Curriculum Vitae
- Copies of university degrees (or a certificate confirming that the university degree will be obtained before the start of the master's program)
- Detailed transcript of records
- Brief statement (approximately 500 words) explaining the reasons for choosing the master's program and describing academic and research interests in relation to future professional plans.
- Recommendations/Letters of Reference: For all programs (except Master in Public Health), it is not necessary to submit full letters of recommendation. Only the names/contact details of two individuals who can provide recommendations need to be provided, and the Department, if deemed necessary, will directly contact them. Specifically for candidates applying to the Master in Public Health (MPH) program, two (2) letters of recommendation are required. The letters of recommendation should be sent directly by the referees (at least one of the two letters should be academic) via the following online platform: https://redcap.link/referenceform2024
- English language proficiency certificate* is required for all English-taught programs. Accepted certificates include G.C.E/I.G.C.S.E O level examinations with a grade of at least C, or IELTS/IELTS with a score of at least 6.5, or TOEFL with a score of at least 580 (paper-based test)/82 (internet-based test). Candidates that have graduated from a bachelor programme taught in English are exempt from this requirement (except for English-language programs as mentioned above).
Students should be aware that very good command of English is necessary for all programs (without the proficiency certificate being mandatory - except for English-language programs as mentioned above) in order to be able to cope with literature and/or any other material in English.
*Candidates of English-taught programs that are not in possesion of the required G.C.E/I.G.C.S.E or I.E.L.T.S. or TOEFL certificate can take a specially organised exam organised by the University's Language Center.
Each Department may request additional confidential information from the candidate, and may also adopt any additional criteria deemed necessary.
