 Online Aerobic program January 2021

Dear members of the University Community,

On behalf of the Sports Department we contact you wanting to wish you a Happy New Year, with Health and Happiness.

We wish you all the best on a personal and family level, with the hope that the Spring semester will find us all together in the halls and spaces of the University Community.

At the same time we inform you how the aerobic programs resume, from today Monday 11/1/2021, in order to keep you active for this period.

Exercise is Health, both physical and mental.

The new program (attached) will be valid until 31/1/2021 and will be modified according to the new measures.

You can watch all the aerobic programs either live or postponed from the channel of the Sports Department through You tube (cut sports office)

Subscribe to our channel and press the bell so that you are immediately informed about the live views of our channel.

Note: The University Gym remains closed until further notice.

  • For your physical presence in the aerobic program room, a reservation must be made.
  • Maximum number of people per program, 10 people.
  • You are welcome to watch and participate all our aerobic programs live on our YouTube web channel CUT Sports Office
  • Disinfection of the hands when entering the aerobics room, the use of a personal towel is mandatory during your workout.
  • People without the use of a towel and without a reservation will not be allowed to enter the aerobics room.

The response to our online aerobic programs in the first trial week exceeded our expectations.  Thank you all for your support.

We will continue live sessions now through our You tube channel.  With better picture and sound, with unlimited number of connections and time.

 How to connect:

  • Youtube, find the CUT Sports Office channel (click here) and just click Subscribe.
  • You do not need a password or a separate link for each session.  Once you sign up you will have full access to everything.
  • You can share our channel to friends and acquaintances.  It's open and free for everyone.

The program (below) runs live on specific days and times.  Each program is saved in the channel and you can find it and replay it at any time.

The response to our online aerobic programs in the first trial week exceeded our expectations.  Thank you all for your support.

We will continue live sessions now through our You tube channel.  With better picture and sound, with unlimited number of connections and time.

 How to connect:

  • Youtube, find the CUT Sports Office channel (click here) and just click Subscribe.
  • You do not need a password or a separate link for each session.  Once you sign up you will have full access to everything.
  • You can share our channel to friends and acquaintances.  It's open and free for everyone.

The program (below) runs live on specific days and times.  Each program is saved in the channel and you can find it and replay it at any time.
