The sporting activities and wellness program 2018-19 is addressed to students but also to every member of the University community. Aimed at people who are accustomed to play sports, but also to those looking for cues to begin to play sports and get to know activities. Our goal every year is to encourage more students and staff to "peel off" from a sedentary lifestyle.
