ON STUDENTS GRADUATING 2020

1. By decision of the Senate, due to the restrictive measures, the planned Graduation Ceremonies for 17 and 18 June 2020 will not take place.

2. The Senate will ratify all graduates in a meeting to be held on 1 July 2020. The Academic and Student Affairs service will prepare for all graduates transcript, a copy of the Diploma Supplement as well as the degree and 2 copies of it (with award dated July 1, 2020). The above will be sent to you by post to the address that is in the electronic register of each student and which you have registered. Please enter your portal, check your address and:

• If it is correct, then do not do anything else. The Certificates will be sent to the address shown on your portal.
• If it is not correct, then CLICK HERE and state the address you wish to be sent the Graduation Documents/Degrees.
• Make the necessary corrections by Friday, June 26, 2020. The University plans to send you the documents by post in the first 10 days of July 2020.

3. The University, within June 2020, will announce when and how the graduation ceremonies will be held (from September onwards).
