Pavlos Symeou is an Associate Professor in the Department of Hotel and Tourism Management. He obtained his PhD from Judge Business School of the University of Cambridge, specializing in business economics. Previously, he worked as a post-doctoral researcher at the Institute of Strategy, Technology and Organizations of the University of Munich. His research interests revolve around the examination of marketing capabilities, absorptive capacity, and corporate social performance and their role in business organizations’ strategy. He has taught at the University of Munich, the University of Cambridge, and the Cyprus International Institute of Management, both at the undergraduate and graduate levels.
