Emilios Yiallouros is a PhD student at Visual Media Computing in the Department of Multimedia and Graphic Arts at the Cyprus University of Technology under the supervision of Dr. Andrea Lanitis. His research focuses on the development of computer vision algorithms to combat child pornography on the Internet.

Emilios began his studies at the Department of Communication and Internet Studies at the Cyprus University of Technology where he gained knowledge in the design and implementation of research and implementation programs and specialized in Information Management. He continued his studies at the Department of Multimedia and Graphic Arts at the postgraduate program "Design and Development of Electronic Games and Interactive Technologies". From the above, he experienced and tested interactive technologies and studiedimplemented all stages of the development and lifecycle of electronic games.
