Erasmia Leonidou is a Lecturer at the Department of Communication and Marketing. She holds a DBA in Intercultural Communication from the University of Gloucestershire, and a BA in History and Archaeology from the University of Cyprus. Her research interests include Corporate Social Responsibility, the interface between Human Resource Management and Marketing, Internal Marketing, Systematic Literature Review and Intercultural Communication. She has published more than 20 items in international journals, book chapters and proceedings of international conferences.
