Konstantinos Michail obtained his BSc in 2003 from Budapest University of Technology and Economics in Hungary. In 2004 he received an MSc from Newcastle University Upon Tyne and in 2009 he was awarded the Ph.D. degree from Loughborough University, both in the United Kingdom. Since 2009 he held positions as a Post-doc in the Centre of Renewable Energy Systems Technology at the same university, in the Photovoltaic Technology group in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Cyprus, Cyprus and in the Energy, Environment and Water Research Center at The Cyprus Institute, Cyprus. Konstantinos [...]is a member of the IEEE and his research activities fall in the areas of modern and classical control methods, robust control, fault tolerant control, multi-objective optimization, optimized actuator/sensor selection in control design, renewable energy systems. He recently joined the Robotics Control and Decision Systems Lab at the Cyprus University of Technology.
