Welcome to the School of Management and Economics.

I am delighted to welcome you to the School of Management and Economics at the Cyprus University of Technology.

We are a relatively young, but very active and impactful School based in the heart of the city of Limassol. The School has two academic Departments: The Department of Finance, Accounting and Management Science and the Department of Shipping. Our vision is to develop leaders who can have a positive and lasting impact on business and society through professional excellence and integrity.

We offer multidimensional education, in a student-centered environment, which nurtures our students to critically think and analyze, motivated by their eagerness to add value by solving problems fast and efficiently. We conduct cutting-edge research which translates into knowledge, but also changes business practice. We foster a strong and diverse community which helps students to connect, but also learn from each other.

Throughout our short history we have produced few generations of graduates, provided new insights into the way business works, and contributed to improving the society. These achievements are testament to the excellence of our faculty and the quality of our students and our alumni.

We are inspired by the idea that the best way to predict the future is to create it. This is why our vision is to inspire people on their journeys of lifelong learning and drive their transformation through the blend of business, technology and an entrepreneurial mindset.
