Salomi Papadima-Sophocleous (Cyprus University of Technology Language Centre Director) holds a BA in French Language and Literature (University of Athens, Greece); an MA in French Literature (UNE, South Australia); an MA in Education: L2 Curriculum Development & Evaluation – Greek; a Postgraduate Certificate in TESOL, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Teaching Methodologies: French and Greek, (La Trobe University, Victoria, Australia), a Postgraduate Diploma in CALL (The University of Melbourne), and a Doctorate in Applied Linguistics, English Online Testing (Middlesex University, UK). She has extensive teaching experience (secondary and tertiary level), and teacher training, both onsite and online. Her research and publications focus on CALL, L2 Teacher Education, Curriculum Development, and Computer Assisted Language Assessment.​
