The Department of Management, Entrepreneurship and Digital Business of the Faculty of Tourism Management, Hospitality and Entrepreneurship is organising the first Digital Future @CUTalks at Cyprus University of Technology.

The series establishes a space to discuss digital transformational futures. We gather to discuss “what kind of transformational futures need to be anticipated?” and “how we can go there”.

Dr Elias Hadjielias will present the keynote talk “The HOWs and WHATs of Sustainable Digital Futures”

During the talk he will introduce the concept of sustainable digital futures and analyse the key questions that need to be anticipated to get a full sense of its meaning and significance for businesses. The presentation will also highlight the transformations that are needed in the areas of management, ownership, and entrepreneurship and innovation to realise sustainable digital futures.

For the second part of the event the startup tech journalist Panis Pieri will discuss with startups and tech companies on how we can achieve a more sustainable tech and innovation ecosystem in Cyprus. The companies attending the panel discussion are Ask Wire, Phoebe Innovations, EMBIO Diagnostics, Promed Bioscience, InfoTropic, Quonota, Lumoscribe, ARIS Accelerator and more. After the panel discussion, the event will conclude with networking with finger food and drinks.
