Applications are accepted from current undergraduate students, as well as from soldiers who have secured a position and are expected to study in September, for accommodation in the apartments managed by the University (University Dormitories) and/or for a rental allowance that may be granted for the new academic year 2020-21.
The rooms are distributed according to the defined socio-economic criteria and the points that each application collects. Detailed information regarding available apartments and charges is provided on the website (here).
Those interested should, after reading the rules for selecting tenants and the rules for staying (here), fill out the online application and attach the necessary forms, by Thursday, June 11, 2020.
To apply online, along with the supporting documents, click here.
Due to the distancing measures taken due to the pandemic, printed applications will not be accepted. Each student must submit the application and the necessary supporting documents electronically. Students are encouraged to contact the Housing Office for any clarification required before submitting their application electronically. If there is a need to meet with officials, it will be done only by appointment, at 25 002412 or 25 002380 and at housing@cut.ac.cy
Given that the Income Tax (taxisnet) has not yet opened for 2019, only the Insurance Account Statement (Social Insurance) for 2019 will be attached to the application to document income (click here to see a sample).
We also remind you that it is necessary to attach the student's (and his/her family member's) authorization statement to the University, so that the University can request personal data from government services.
