Doctoral Student Grant for presenting at a Conference (Spring Semester 2021-22)

PhD students that fulfill the requirements mentioned below, are entitled to apply for a grant of up to € 1,000 for covering expenses related to presenting at a scientific conference. The term presenting to either an oral presentation or a poster presentation.

In order for a PhD student to be eligible for the grant, the presentation must take place after the student has successfully completed the comprehensive examination and before completing the requirements of the doctoral program. The application may relate to presentations that have already taken place or will take place in the future, by physical presence or via teleconference.

The Academic Affairs and Student Welfare Service announces that students can submit their application by filling out the electronic form until Friday, the 18th of March 2022. 

The application can only be submitted in electronic format and is accompanied by a reference letter from the student’s Research Supervisor and other supporting documents.
