Student years are a very important milestone in your life. Being a student does not only imply reading and taking examinations. Being a student also entails creation, freedom of thought and activities. Do not let your student years pass by without getting involved in such activities.
There are student clubs at the University that cover a wide range of interests in culture, arts, music, dance, sports and entertainment. The ability of students’ engagement in extra-university interests offers rich experiences and unforgettable memories.
The Clubs are established upon students’ initiative and consist of students only. A prerequisite for the establishment of a student club is the submission of a statute to the Academic Affairs and Student Welfare Service and the approval of the Club’s aims and activities by the University authorities.
Approved Clubs have access to post boxes, announcement boards and e-mail. Each approved Club is subsidized by the fund granted for student activities. The Academic Affairs and Student Welfare Service issues Certificates of Participation to all students having actively participated in student Clubs during their studies. These certificates enhance the image of students in the labor market and / or their application for postgraduate studies.
In the adjacent links you can find the registered Clubs and apply for participation, see how to establish a new Club and how Club’s actions and generally student activities are supported financially by the University.
