Click here for the Point allocation Rules on the Socio-economic status.
Applications are submitted during the Fall Semester each year, following an announcement by the Service for Academic Affairs and Student Welfare.
The application is submitted electronically. Depending on family situation, various certificates need to be attached (upload). A statement by the student and family members is also needed, giving authorization to the University to request personal information from governmental departments.
Two of the main documentation required is the Tax Statement and the Social Insurance Statement.
*Financial independance means that the student does not live under the same roof with her/his parents and has stable personal income of at least EUR 500/month.
