Payment Instructions for Tuition Fees

  • Deposit Payment:

The deposit can be paid using a credit card via JCC at the following link: https://www.jccsmart.com/e-bill/14245062 or by bank transfer to the account listed below.

  • Semester Instalments:

Payments can be made via credit card using JCC through the link sent from noreply@jccsmart.com to your personal email. If you do not receive the link, please contact accounts.jcc@cut.ac.cy and kep@cut.ac.cy with your details.

  • Monthly Instalments:

Payments must be made via a standing bank order to the account listed below. Credit card payments are not available for monthly instalments.

Repayment Options

Each student, after paying the deposit, may choose one of the following repayment methods:

a) Three semester instalments, payable before the start of the first three semesters (via bank transfer or credit card through JCC).
b) Monthly instalments, payable via standing bank order (the first payment is due before the start of the first semester). Credit card payments are not available for this option.


(a) Semester Instalments

*Non-EU students must pay both the deposit (€400) and the first semester instalment (€600) upon acceptance to proceed with the entry visa process.

For programmes with courses, additional tuition fees (€42 per ECTS) are paid separately following an agreement with the Academic and Student Welfare Service.


(b) Monthly Instalments

After deducting the deposit, the remaining balance is paid in 30 monthly instalments for PhD programmes, regardless of full-time or part-time status. Any additional charges are paid separately.

PhD Without Courses (Total: €4,000)

  • Deposit: €400
  • Monthly instalments (30): €120

For programmes with courses, additional tuition fees (€42 per ECTS) are paid separately following an agreement with the Academic and Student Welfare Service.


Clarifications

  1. Each student signs an agreement upon acceptance of the position, which outlines their obligations regarding tuition fee payments.
  2. The deposit is non-refundable in cases where the student withdraws from the University or fails to register for any courses.
  3. If a student withdraws from the programme by the 4th week of the first semester, they are eligible for a refund of the semester instalment but not the deposit. No refunds are given for withdrawals at a later stage.
  4. The University reserves the right to deny or cancel the registration of a student who has not paid the required tuition fees before course registration deadlines.
  5. Students who fail to fully pay their tuition fees by the specified deadline of their graduation year will not be allowed to participate in the Graduation Ceremony or receive their diploma.
