Cryos International, a leading international gamete bank with headquarters in Denmark, is seeking a highly motivated Nurse/Donor Coordinator to fill a position in our location in Nicosia, Cyprus. In close collaboration with the team of dedicated Cryos colleagues, the key elements within this position are:
Primary Tasks:
Welcome new and existing donors
Follow up on existing donors, enter all donor data from medical examinations in the donor database and maintain the electronic files to ensure that registrations are up to date.
Assess and coordinate donor applications as per Cryos’ guidelines
Recruit donors through contact with all applicants as well as inform and guide them through the next steps in the process
Plan, review and assist in performing all relevant clinical studies, including oocyte collection procedure, physical examination and psychological assessment, as well as blood sampling, packing and shipment of blood and urine samples to an external laboratory
Coordinate various donor recruitment activities in collaboration with the Marketing Department
Responsible for risk assessments and quality management
Awareness and adherence to donor related local and European legislations
The ideal candidate will have the following:
Background and education as a registered Nurse
Experience in IVF nursing work is an advantage
Highly proficient in spoken and written Greek and English languages
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly service-minded and professional
Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team in an international company

You are comfortable working in a team and with Cryos donor candidates of different nationalities. You pay attention to detail and strict adherence to company procedures. You can work systematically and independently once trained under the direction of onsite Donor Coordinator Manager.
