The short, animated films "Dancing Pencils" and "Griffin" participate at the international animation festival AnimArte 2021

The short, animated films "Dancing Pencils" by Michalis Shiopaha, Eleni Miltiadous and Oleksandra Skriptsova and "Griffin" by Margarita Zikou, students at the Department of Multimedia and Graphic Arts of the Cyprus University of Technology, have been selected to participate in the international student animation festival AnimArte 2021 (https://vouanimarte.com.br/) which is held in Brazil.

The film "Dancing Pencils", in stop motion technique, presents a visual approach of the musical composition "In the Hall of the Mountain King" by Edvard Grieg, using colored pencils as characters.

The film "Griffin" by Margarita Zikou, also in stop motion technique, tells the story of the stroll of a griffin in the woods, along with the animal friends he finds along the way.
