Dear Students,
The verification of a vaccination or disease certificate for undergraduate students (2nd year and above) and all postgraduate students, new or old, of Master's and Doctoral level, will not be done on the spot at the University. You don't have to come to University on Wednesday or Thursday.
To avoid unnecessary hassle, we have arranged for the inspection to be done remotely, as follows:
- From today Monday 30/8 until Thursday 2/9, each student mentioned above is asked to fill in an online form by uploading the European Digital COVID Certificate for vaccination or disease (click here https://www.eudcc.gov.cy/ ). In any case, the certificate must have a QR Code in order to be "read" by the CovScan Cyprus application.

Attention: this is a new form, the old one you may have filled out has been deleted along with the certificates.
- Within 24 hours authorized officers will check the certificate and delete it from the database. In case you have difficulty filling in the form, you can attach the digital certificate to an email to stella.theocharous@cut.ac.cy , by indicating in the message name and surname, civil id number, student register number, level of study (bachelor/master/doctorate) and program of studies.
- It is extremely important to adhere to the timetables in order to be able to complete the necessary procedures before the start of the courses.
- People who still don’t complete 3 weeks from the 1st vaccination dose, can send the certificate in the same way as soon as they have it, they will receive an immediate confirmation and they will then be able to go to classes.
- The data you enter are kept confidential on a university server, under the responsibility of the Health and Safety Team.
Attention: Students who have not been vaccinated or disease and therefore will study remotely, do not fill out this form. However, they must fill in the electronic form for the way of study, by selecting "distance learning" (here https://web.cut.ac.cy/limesurvey/index.php/846571?lang=el )
