Sexual harassment in workplace and education remains a phenomenon with much secrecy around it. Join us so that we reflect, discuss and be informed:

1. What is sexual harassment and what are its forms

2. What are its causes and its consequences

3. What are the consequences of sexual harassment exposure

4. How do we manage cases of sexual harassment

5. What is the code of practice of Cyprus University of Technology Equality Committee

6. How are the recipient and the witnesses of sexual harassment called to deal with them

7. What behaviors promote gender equality in the workplace / education
