Erasmus Program

The Erasmus Program is a key education and training program in the European Union. It emphasizes the mobility of students and provides opportunities for collaboration between higher education institutions. The Erasmus program promotes and supports the creation of the European Higher Education Area (EHEA) through increasing mobility, which in turn encourages innovation, development, and employment within the European Union. Undoubtedly, it offers opportunities for rich student experiences and allows for acquaintance with different cultures and traditions.

Erasmus for Department Students

If you are a student of the Department of Multimedia and Graphic Arts, you have the opportunity to study for a while at one of the universities in Europe with which a bilateral student exchange agreement has been signed under the Erasmus Program. On the Erasmus website (http://erasmus.cut.ac.cy), you will find all the information and updates regarding the program, the procedures, and the application forms for participating in your mobility abroad.

Procedure for Participating in Erasmus Study Programs

The procedure for participating in Erasmus study programs follows:

  • Submission of an application to the Erasmus Office
  • Evaluation of applications based on the prerequisites set by the Department
  • Contact between the Department's Erasmus Coordinator and the student for course matching

Applications are accepted by the Erasmus Office (outgoing@cut.ac.cy, tel. 25002052).

Erasmus for foreign Students

The Department of Multimedia and Graphic Arts offers its courses in the Greek language. If you are proficient in Greek, you can choose any of the offered courses during the semester.

While the Department primarily offers a Greek-language undergraduate program, it aims to facilitate students from partner universities to study in the Department under the Erasmus Program by offering certain courses in English. Specifically, the English-taught courses of the undergraduate program can be found on the Department's website. However, you should ensure that these courses are available during the semester in which you wish to study as an Erasmus student in our department by contacting the Erasmus office (outgoing@cut.ac.cy).
