This information concerns all individuals that have either graduated during the academic year 2022-23 or that will graduate by the end of it. It concerns students of both undergraduate and post graduate level.

 

Time and date of graduation ceremonies:

(1) PhD Level Graduates: Monday, 19th of June 2023, 7:30 p.m., Amphitheatre 1, “Tasos Papadopoulos” building (Themidos and Ifigenias Street, 3036, Limassol, Cyprus)

(2) Undergraduate and Master level graduates will take part in graduation ceremonies that will be held at the “Marios Tokas” Limassol Municipal Garden Theatre, located on Lord Byron street, 3105, Limassol, Cyprus as follows:

• Each graduate is allowed 5 invitations for guests that he wishes to invite to the graduation ceremony. No one will be allowed entrance if they do not hold an invitation. Kindly contact Elias Vasiliou at elias.vasiliou@cut.ac.cy no later than the 6th of June 2023, to:

(a) Confirm that you will be attending your graduation ceremony and

(b) Receive instructions on how to obtain your invitations.

• Each graduate must wear the suitable attire for his/her graduation ceremony. These can be obtained by the EUROJET Store via the following link:  www.eurojet.com.cy/gowns-university-college/
• Graduates must be at the venue by 6:30 p.m. at he latest.
• Photos and Videos from the graduation ceremony have to be pre-ordered via the following link: Φωτογράφιση/ Βιντεογράφηση τωνΤελετών Αποφοίτησης 2023 /Παραγγελία Φωτογραφιών και usb/ Photos/ Video of the CUT Graduation Ceremonies 2023 / Order Photos/ usb (google.com) Payments for orders placed will have to be made during the graduation ceremony rehearsal which will take place on the morning (9:00-9:45 a.m.), of the same day as the actual graduation ceremony. Otherwise, payments can be made between 4:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. on the evening of the graduation ceremony. You can contact the responsible photographer at fototakis@cytanet.com.cy 
• Any outstanding issues that  graduates have with the University (tuition fees etc.) will have to be taken care of by Wednesday, the 7th of June 2023 at the latest.
