The University offers an apartment (one bedroom) for short-term visitor’s needs. These persons may be academics and other staff of the University, visiting faculty, guests and partners of the University.
Rental period and billing
The maximum rental period is 30 days; in exceptional cases and if there is no other request, the stay may be extented. The fee is €30 per day, including power, water, internet, bed linen and towels.
Requests
Those interested should submit an online request form (click here), indicating the specific dates. Any request must be submited the latest one day before (at 12:00) the desired check in date.
Approval and payment of rent
There is a first comes first served policy. The Housing Office replies in written to all request and within 24 hours the rent should to paid. No reservation is made unless the rental fee is paid before the check in date.

Arrival / Departure from the apartment
Check in time is around 2pm and check out before 11am. Keys are available from the Housing Office building (Athinon and N.Xiouta str, Limassol) and during weekends from the Housing Assistants uppon special arragement.
When the apartment is delivered to the resident a key for the main door of the building the apartment is located and a key card for accessing the apartment will be given to the resident. If the keys are not returned during the check-out procedure, the amount of 25euros will be charged.
