The University manages 4 buildings, in the city center, which contain 62 apartments with 83 beds. Specifically, 26 studio, 18 one bedroom apartment, 15 double bedroom apart. and 3 triple bedroom apart.
Apartments/rooms do not include bed linen or towels and other sanitary/bath items (e.g. soap, toilet paper, etc.). Furthermore, the kitchens do not include any utensils (not including dishes, glasses, cups, cutlery, baking pans, cassaroles, etc.).

Moreover, the University has an aggrement with the Orthodox Church that includes the availability of up to 220 rooms for the needs of CUT students in the Apollonia Student Hall. The 200 rooms will be available at a subsidised price based on socio-economic criteria while the 20 rooms will be available without subsidy to other students, priority to foreign postgraduate students.
