The Student Hall of the Municipality of Paphos is located next to the building of the Faculty of Tourism Management, Hospitality and Entrepreneurship CUT (9 Ampelokipi Street) and the Church of Panagia Pantanassa in Paphos. It has been built according to modern standards of student dormitories and has a capacity of 203 studios.

There is a cooperation agreement between the Municipality of Paphos and the University that includes the provision of a total of 150 studios for the needs of CUT students. The 100 studios at a subsidized price based on socio-economic criteria, the 50 studios without subsidy.

Each eligible student signs a contract with the administrator of the building, which is the Municipality of Paphos, with a duration of 12 months and a monthly rent of €350 (subsidized price) or €550 per month (non-subsidized price). These prices include electricity, water, internet, shared expenses.

Each apartment is an independent and spacious studio of 26sqm, fully furnished, private sanitary area and fully equipped kitchenette (fridge, hot plates, oven). Click here for photos and photorealistic images.

The building has common areas and parking spaces. Student residents have access to the gym and cafeteria of the School located right next door.
