Applications are submitted to the Academic Affairs and Student Welfare Service, electronically via the University Portal in June for Fall Semester and in October for Spring Semester. Candidates applying for enrolment in more than one module in an academic semester are considered only in cases of vacant positions in the list of candidates.

Do you already have a possition at the CUT?
If you already have access in the Web Portal (you are a student or you have been offered a position or you have previously submitted an application) then proceed directly to Step 3 and to the web link https://sis.cut.ac.cy/irj/portal. You will be asked to register the codes you already have. If you have forgotten them, send a message to admissions@cut.ac.cy or phone: 25 002700 to receive them again.
Are you applying a position for the first time at the CUT?
If it is the first time you are applying a position at the CUT then proceed with the following steps:
Step 1: Follow the web link below and enter a valid email https://sis2.cut.ac.cy/sap/bc/webdynpro/sap/zcut_wd_st_cr_account?sap-client=300&sap-language=EN#
Step 2: Follow the instructions you will receive on your personal electronic mail so as to create your profile (personal information) in our system. Keep the access passwords you will have received in your e-mail in the Portal (username/password).
Step 3: From the web link https://sis.cut.ac.cy/irj/portal enter the username and the access code (the way these have been sent to your personal e-mail) and in this way you gain access to the Portal so as to submit your application in the programme.
Step 4: Depending on the Type of Submission (Occational student, etc.) create an application with your choices in the programmes (up to 3 choices) and attach any supporting documents required.
