The University offers postgraduate programmes for a Master’s degree and a third cycle of studies (PhD), as well as programmes which are integrated between the first and second cycle of studies.

These programmes can be offered:

• From every University Department separately.
• From two or more University Departments, with the consent of the Departments concerned and the relevant schools.
• In co-operation with other Universities.

Postgraduate titles of studies

The postgraduate programmes of the second cycle lead to the award of a Master’s Degree.

The postgraduate programmes of the third cycle lead to the award of a PhD title.

Upon the successful completion of a postgraduate level which is incorporated between the first degree and the second Master of the cycle of studies, the Certificate of Postgraduate attendance is awarded.

On the Postgraduate titles there is no mark indicated.

The awarding of the Postgraduate title is approved by the Department Council subject to Senate approval.

The Postgraduate studies are based on the study system of the University.
