The University ensures that the teaching staff, in addition to their doctoral degree and their research activity, have a sufficient level of competence for teaching at the university level.

Instructors have full knowledge and understanding of the course (s) they teach.

Instructors have the necessary skills and experience to effectively impart knowledge and understanding to their students through a variety of teaching contexts. At the same time, they have access to feedback on their own teaching performance, with various evaluation tools.

The teaching staff is given the opportunity to develop and improve their teaching skills and the staff is encouraged to evaluate their teaching skills.

The University provides an opportunity for instructors to improve their teaching skills to a more advanced level, if they feel their abilities are not up to par.  The University allow the instructor procedures to refrain from teaching load in order to improve their competence in teaching.
