Manpower Cyprus, we are looking to recruit a Trade Advisor to join our team in Nicosia in order to support the operations of our client, Philip Morris Cyprus, in the Commercial Operation department.

Your ‘Day to Day’ Responsibilities:

• Visit your trade partners
• Be responsible to create a positive customer experience by understanding consumer need
• Advise potential consumers in regards to company’s products functions and pricing
• Be responsible for device management flows
• Ensure that retailers are aware about systems and how to approach the customers
• Collect consumer feedback and inform team leaders for instant or future changes

Essential Requirements:

• 1-2 years’ experience in customer service roles/sales roles
• Fluency in English and Greek
• Good Communication and Sales Skills
• Friendly and Outgoing Personality

What is good to have:

• University Degree
• Knowledge of Sales Systems
