Junior DevOps & Automation Engineer
SignumPath Limited is looking for a motivated and smart DevOps & Automation engineer to
join our R&D offices in Limassol.
We are currently building a lean, high-tech team that will focus on research, design, and
development for cutting edge wireless solutions and embedded telecoms products from
scratch.
The successful engineer will be working on meaningful, multi-disciplinary projects with other
like-minded engineers in an ever-evolving, cutting-edge environment. The position offers
great opportunities for growth as a DevOps & Automation professional through continuous
mentoring and training.
Job responsibilities:
Be responsible for deploying development, testing and automation tools
Defining and managing DevOps processes for each project lifecycle
Encouraging and building automated processes wherever possible
Selecting and deploying appropriate CI/CD tools
Managing the IT infrastructure
Identifying risks and deploying cybersecurity measures across the IT infrastructure
Review, verify, and validate the software code developed
Take initiatives and push for innovative concepts, products, and tools
Work and collaborate in multi-disciplinary Agile teams, adopting Agile spirit,
methodology and tools
Requirements:
At least BSc in computer science, computer engineering or other similar degree
Good understanding of Windows and Linux
Excellent analytical, problem solving and debugging skills
Hands-on experience in DevOps processes and tools is an advantage
Hands-on experience in managing IT infrastructure is an advantage
Other requirements:
Flexible attitude, ability to perform under pressure
Passion for technology in general
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
