ATALEZA DEVELOPERS is looking to hire a Site Engineer in Limassol.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Make all necessary arrangements for the site establishment.
• Responsible for the administration of the labour and subcontractors, materials, and machinery & equipment of the company.
• Organize and execute the works in accordance with the contract requirements.
• Carrying out regular inspections.
• Completing records for site reports.
• Attending site management meetings.
• Resolving problems and implementing improvements.
• Ensure and be responsible for the execution of the site Health, Safety and Environmental plan.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• University Degree in Civil Engineering or any other related field
• Member of ETEK
• Working experience in construction of at least 2 years.
• Computer literate
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English
