VACANCY: Reservations Officer
Lion Global, member of Imperio Group, is a broad-spectrum property management service provider that is committed to providing exceptional services to their customers.
Currently, Lion Global is looking to hire a Reservations Officer to join our team rapidly expanding team in our latest residential project in Limassol.
The Role:
The Reservations Officer will be responsible for handling reservations, inquiries and cancellations, responding to communications from guests and clients, and creating/maintaining reservations records, by ensuring quality standards are met and that optimum services are always provided.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
• Deal with daily reservations, apartment allocation and handling of arrivals, and departures whilst following established procedures are followed.
• Deal with incoming inquiries, and correspondence, promptly, in a friendly manner, and in line with the company standards.
• Answer the phone and make reservations, take and distribute messages or mail and redirect calls.
• Follow up on all online reservations and all relevant channels.
• Check & monitor the accuracy of rates and terms before arrival and departure.
• Handle supply, demand and availability aiming at maximum room occupancy.
• Maintain strict quality standards for reservations taken and entered in the system.
• Liaise with necessary staff including housekeeping, front desk, and maintenance team to address any problems or complaints made by tenants or owners.
• Inform housekeeping of the daily departures and arrivals schedule to prepare the daily cleaning schedule.
• Act as the point of reference for tenants or owners who need assistance or information and attend to their wishes and requirements.
Knowledge and Experience:
• High School Diploma or Qualification in Office Administration/Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management.
• Experience in customer relationship and/or hospitality management up to 2 years.
• Strong working knowledge of relevant computer software including MS Office and booking.
• Outstanding customer service skills, professional verbal & written communication skills in Greek and English, knowledge of Russian languages will be considered an advantage.
• Ability to work on your own and as a part of a team.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly responsible and reliable personality.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
