An excellent opportunity has arisen within the Fintech marketing industry. Manpower Cyprus, on behalf of our client an international Events Management Company & Marketing Agency, we are seeking to recruit a Head of Events Production to join their expanding team based in Limassol.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of an event production, from planning to execution. He / She will manage an event project plan across all verticals and manage a scalable model of the production team to support grow.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Review project budgets to determine if they are feasible based on the scope of work involved at the beginning of each event
• Manage day-to-day operations of the production department to ensure that projects run smoothly and within deadlines
• Overseeing the budget and making adjustments where necessary to ensure that costs do not exceed income
• Manage the production team and acting as a coach and mentor for new employees
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure that all areas are working effectively
• Direct and oversee all aspects of production, from the beginning to the end
• Determine and organize the best approach for each event production
• Manage the event project plan
• Set out and monitor the entire production budget, drop schedule, and floor plan of each event
• Manage the designated production team to ensure all aspects of the production strategy are executed while developing an event
   

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Operations, Events Management, Digital Marketing, Graphics Designer or in any other related field
• Proven work experience in similar role for at least 5 years
• Experience in Real Estate industry will be considered as an advantage
• Possess outstanding event planning skills
• Excellent organizational, leadership and project management skills
• Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies
• Demonstrate effective negotiation skills and customer service skills
