Environmental Engineer

On behalf of our client, operating in the renewable energy sector, we are seeking an organisational, detail-oriented individual to join a team of professionals as an Environmental Engineer.

What you will be involved with:

• Carrying out environmental studies under the guidance and supervision of the Company's Engineer - Coordinator.
• Compliance with the terms of Environmental Statements.
• Coordination and preparation of Consultation Procedures with Relevant Government Departments and Agencies, as well as Local Authorities.
• Monitoring the implementation of the projects.
• Ability to work on a Pan-Central basis and manage multiple tasks and projects.
• Good liaison with Public Service Departments, subcontractors and responsible engineers on a daily basis.
• Conduct scheduled and unscheduled inspections for better operation of PV installations.
• Recommendations to managers on issues related to the environmental and sustainable image of the projects and the company

What you need:

• University degree in Environmental Engineering
• At least 2 years of previous experience in the field of renewable energy or environmental studies
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Greek and English.
• Excellent computer skills (Microsoft office, Google Earth, DLS Portal of the Land Registry Portal etc.)
• Excellent knowledge of Greek and English in oral and written language
