Position Summary:
As an Office Administrator at Golden Comet Marine, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills communication skills and be detail oriented.
Responsibilities:
• Undertake accounting tasks such as issuing invoices and receipts, recording entries, manage salary payments, VAT, Intrastat, Social Insurance payments etc.
• Manage day-to-day- office operations, such as communicating with clients in English and Greek, send emails, organise files
Qualifications:
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Relevant Accounting experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Greek.
