Sales Consultant
On behalf of our client, a leading retail company in the technology industry, we are looking for Sales Consultant (part-time/full-time) to be based at their shops in Nicosia, Limassol, Larnaca, and Paphos.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Manages the sales of products and services
Provides excellent customer service
Supports and develops the company’s clientele
Informs the clients and promotes the company’s offers
Arranges, prepares and cleans the sales area
Handles customer issues such as complaints, changes and returns
Presents and provides a description of products and services
Handles telephone customer service for reservations, orders, shipments
Puts all the devices of the sales display area into operation
Communicates and cooperates with the other commercial and back office sections of the store
Monitors the development of new products and services
Main Requirements
University degree or diploma in any relevant field will be considered an advantage
1+ years of experience in a sales position
Experience in sales field – Tech department – IT, gaming, CD/DVDs
Experience with SAP Software
Computer Literate (Microsoft Office Package)
Very good command of the English language
Available to work on weekends and public holidays (rotation)
