Customer Support Officer We are excited to announce that FL Crane & Deck Ltd is looking to hire a Customer Support Officer in Limassol, Cyprus.

Responsibilities:

Receive inquiries from customers through email.  Respond to all customer & suppliers’ general inquiries & coordinate with Commercial Manager.  Handling the requests from the quotation stage up until the invoicing stage.
Coordinate with the Company’s Service Engineers, and make arrangements for traveling, attendance, and submission of service reports.

 Responsible for the execution and implementation of the complete flow of operations.

 Coordinate principals-service providers & customers, through all the sales processes including but not limited to inquiry, quotation, order acknowledgement.

 Creation and control of all manual and electronic filing systems for customer sales cases and all relevant office paperwork. • Usage of online system for operations, updates, and reporting to all relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications / Requirements:
BSc in Shipping, Maritime or any other related field will be considered as an advantage.
Ability and flexibility to work in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
Excellent organizational, communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities at once.
Computer literate.
Attention to detail.
Excellent command of the Greek and English languages, both verbal and written.
