HR Administrator

On behalf of our client, a wholesale distributor, we are looking for an HR Administrator to be based at their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Creates, manages and maintains HR documents and records both in electronic and hard copy versions.
  • Collaborates with staff on HR issues and communicates with the departmental Head.
  • Monitors and maintains HR software system (e.g. leave, time and attendance).
  • Processes documentation and prepares reports on staff performances (recruitment, training, grievances, performance appraisals, etc.).
  • Coordinates HR projects (appraisals, meetings, training, surveys, etc.) and records meeting minutes.
  • Creates reports and presentations on HR metrics. 
  • Provides relevant information about employees (e.g. absence leave, sick leave and work schedules) to the accounting department.
  • Responsible for the company’s recruitment needs (scheduling interviews).
  • Organises various social and corporate events.
  • Works closely with public services when necessary.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by the Management.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in a related field such as Business Administration, Human Resource Management.
  • A Master’s degree in a related field such as Human Resource Management will be advantageous.
  • Prior experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage.
  • Previous experience with HR software programs (Excelsis, Oasis etc.) will be considered an advantage.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English language, both verbal and written.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Familiar with Cyprus employment law.
  • Strong organizational, time management and communication skills.
