IT Operations Junior Specialist

Servers.com is an international hosting provider with data centers in the US, Europe, and Asia. We provide reliable

business solutions: dedicated servers, cloud technologies, load balancer, firewall, Kubernetes, and monitoring

services.

Clients use our services to deploy game servers, payment gateways, streaming services, and other high-load

systems.

We are looking for an IT Operations Junior Specialist to join our team in Limassol office.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the provisioning and deprovisioning of end-user equipment, software, and SaaS accounts,

including computers, smartphones, peripherals, security tokens, software licenses, and SaaS user

accounts.

• Maintain accurate records of physical and digital assets, encompassing end-user equipment, access

tokens, licenses, and documents.

• Update internal databases using GUI and spreadsheets, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Identify

discrepancies and propose enhancements to the database structure.

• Create internal knowledge base articles detailing IT processes and services for employee reference.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficient knowledge of either Windows or macOS, with a willingness to become proficient in both.

• Familiarity with computer components, peripherals, and network equipment.

• Basic knowledge of IP networking.

• Effective communication skills in written and verbal English.

• Strong self-education abilities, including the skill to formulate and refine Google search queries to find

information from open sources.

Would be a plus

• 1+ years of experience in relevant field.

• Familiarity with fundamental computer science concepts, such as the binary numeral system and

relational model of data.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel formulas and data types.

• Familiarity with Atlassian project management products (Jira and Confluence) or similar projectmanagement

and wiki software.
