JOB DESCRIPTION The Mechanical Engineer will be supporting the Teams with day-to day operations and providing technical advice to current and perspective customers.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•
Conducts site surveys for current & perspective customers
•
Assists in resolving technical issues that may arise
•
Monitors technical support requests
•
Collaborates with customers, subcontractors and other professionals
•
Prepares record drawings, technical reports and folders
•
Cooperates smoothly with Sales and Technical departments throughout projects
•
Maintains Technical Department Administration documents
•
Takes part in exhibitions, conventions and other events to help in the sales of products and/or service and contributes to the promotion of the company's products and services through promotion and marketing events.
•
Attends to social/corporate events that could be held outside normal working hours within the workplace and other venues
•
Has in-depth technical knowledge about the products, functioning and their pros and cons
•
Attends to trainings and health and safety meetings.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
•
Mechanical Engineering Degree
•
Excellent knowledge of Greek and English
•
High level tech and internet savvy;
The successful candidate will be trained in the field of LPG, no experience is necessary
